Artichoke Hearts & Lobster ala Jacques

Well here we are entering our second week of Ark weather and I was sure the fishing boats weren’t too successful so I didn’t bother running to get some seafood, but I entertained the thought of cooking a lobster, you see Michael doesn’t much care for it and I happen to have two small artichokes that I am sure that I can polish off since Jacques Pepin asks for just the heart for his elegant lobster and artichoke entree…the recipe can be prepared ahead of time which makes for a good, fine company dinner.
Call it a test ride and pray the lobsters go on sale soon!
