“Why fight when you can negotiate?”
In my kitchen this week is our grandson Jacob and for dinner and a movie night we had a fantastic platter of his air fryer lemon pepper chicken wings with finger lickin’ lip smackin’ butter-garlic parmesan sauce. Yes, that was dinner and definitely a must do again when his mom and sister arrive.
Ingredients for the sauce:
3 cloves of minced garlic – 1/4 stick of butter melted – a handful of fresh parsley cloves chopped – salt and cracked pepper
Seasoned wings: Prepare air fryer tray and basket, preheat air fryer (400°) spray or brush with EVOO, and sprinkle with lemon pepper store bought or home made. Bake wings for 15-20 minutes, turning at least once and I like to rotate the basket/tray as well…check for desired doneness and crispness.
Serve with celery, carrots, grape tomatoes, and a favorite dipping dressing for the veggies…
Oh, and check out these other goodies that he cranked out crispy potato wedges & fudge cookies for dessert…
