“McSteamy” came upon the Grey’s Anatomy show one year and sent a good many of us into movie star fan idol mode, well here we are moons later and with Eric Dane’s passing our fondness for him is just as loyal as day one on Grey’s…I speak of probably one of his last performances as I binge and DH double binged watched the show…not leaving much time for total dedicated prep for some dinners especially on very hot stormy McSteamy days.
Scott Conant has a lovely easy prep quick cooking dinner for wicked days. I linked to his recipe and of coursee I seem to not quite follow things exactly as written and I add other fresh ingredients available like the beautiful shishito peppers instead of jalapeño peppers…oops I forgot the basil, but it was still delicious.
