
“Doesn’t have all his corn flakes in one box”
6 fresh ears of corn if you can get it, remove husks and thoroughly clean and dry. Mix about 3 tablespoons fresh chopped tarragon with 4 tablespoons softened butter, heat the grill and grill corn turning and basting with butter until golden and grill charred. Remove to platter and brush with remaining butter, grate parmesan over and serve.
